As a Harvard-educated, board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Wu has the scientific training and experience to identify the most technologically-advanced skin care ingredients. In addition, Dr. Wu draws on her own heritage by including Asian botanical extracts in all of her skin care products. Only the most potent extracts are selected, based on their use in Chinese medicine over hundreds of years, and proven in scientific laboratories.
A familiar media personality both in the U.S. and abroad, Dr. Wu is often asked to share her expertise about the latest advances in skin care treatments. She has also been featured on National Public Radio. In addition, she has written a chapter for the medical textbook, Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery.
Dr Wu is a recognized authority on cosmetic dermatology and skin care. She lectures nationwide on non-invasive cosmetic procedures, and she instructs other physicians on how to administer the latest techniques and procedures.
Dr. Wu holds numerous professional affiliations. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, American Medical Association, Los Angeles Metropolitan Dermatology Society, Los Angeles County Medical Association and California Medical Association.
In addition to her thriving private practice, Dr. Wu serves as Clinical Instructor in Dermatology at Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center. A graduate of Harvard Medical School, where she also completed an internship in Internal Medicine, Dr. Wu subsequently completed a Dermatology residency at the University of Southern California (USC). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from USC.
