Q: Is it safe for me to enter my credit card number when I place an order?
Yes. All order information is processed through our secure servers. This security feature
encrypts all information before it is sent over the Internet and also verifies that you
are sending it to the authorized destination.
When you enter your credit card information on the order form, the encrypted information
is automatically transmitted to our Bank of America credit card processor for online credit
card approval. It's similar to using your credit card at the department store skin care counter.
Once your credit card is validated, Bank of America sends us an authorization and we process your order.
Your credit card information is encrypted throughout this entire process. And since
we do not store your credit card number on our systems you don't need to worry about someone accessing your credit card information.
Q: What payment methods can I use on DrJessicaWu.com?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and DrJessicaWu.com Gift Certificates.
Q: I have received a Gift Certificate for DrJessicaWu.com. How do I redeem it ?
Redeeming your gift certificate is easy:
- Visit our Web site at www.drjessicawu.com
- Select the items you want and add them to your shopping bag.
- Once you are ready to complete your purchase click the "place order" button.
You can claim your gift certificate by entering its claim code number right on the order form.
- If the amount of the gift certificate is more than your purchases our system will keep track of the remaining difference.
On your next shopping trip to our site, enter the same Gift Certificate number when placing your order and we will
credit you the remaining balance (up to the amount of your order).
- If the amount of the Gift Certificate is less than your purchase, you will be responsible for the difference.
Note: Currently the Gift Certificate can only be applied towards the cost of products.
Q: What is a CVV code, and why do you need it?
The CVV (Card Verification Value) code is an added security measure credit card companies have implemented to reduce the risk of
credit card theft and fraud. This CVV code is a 3- or 4-digit code on your credit card that verifies that you
are in physical possession of your card and ensures that it is not being used by anyone other than you.
For Visa and MasterCard, it is a 3-digit code (located on the back of the card in the signature area). For American Express
it is a 4-digit code (located on the front of the card). Please note that this code is not the last 3-4 digits of your credit

Q: How can I be sure this site is safe and secure?
We take security very seriously and we use use the best encryption available to secure your information.
When you begin the Checkout process, you will see a small lock in the bottom right side of your browser. You
will also see an "https://" in the Web address. Both of these icons signify that you have been transferred
to the secure server. You will only do this on the site when it is time to enter your credit card number
and complete your order. It will not appear on the content portions of the site or in the shopping cart
prior to that. This is normal. Security is only required when it is time to enter information that
needs to be encrypted, such as a credit card number.
You can verify that you have been connected to our servers by double clicking on the small lock. You will then be
presented with information that verifies your connection to www.drjessicawu.com.
Q: Do you share my email address and ordering information ?
No. Your information is confidential and we do not share your personal or
credit card information with any other party. We do not sell this information to other companies, entities or
