Products must have been purchased directly from DrJessicaWu.com. We do not accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. For such returns, please contact the specific retailer directly.

Products must be returned within 30 days of their date of purchase. You must include a copy of your receipt with your order number, name, and phone number. Please include the reason for returning the product(s).

Your package should be sent to us using a prepaid method. You must insure the package for your own protection, as we are not responsible for packages damaged in transit.

We cannot accept returns on opened products more than 20% consumed.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
