We ship via US Postal Service (Standard), FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight services within the United States (Continental US, as well as Alaska and Hawaii).


Shipping schedule:

When you place an order, it usually ships out by the following business day. (Our business days are Monday through Friday). For example, if you place an order on a Friday and request overnight service, your order will be shipped out on Monday, and you will receive your package on Tuesday.

The following shipping charges apply to orders placed by telephone or from the DrJessicaWu.com web site:

The above charges are applicable for shipping to the Continental United States, only. For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, we add $10 to the charges for the coresponding Continental US mode of shipment.


Tax:

Orders shipped to California will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to the total order. Currently the rate is 8.25%.


Shipping restrictions

We cannot ship to post office boxes using FedEX. This is a FedEX policy that we cannot change. In cases when a customer selects a FedEx service but chooses a delivery to a PO Box, we will substitute the equivalent USPS service.

We cannot ship or deliver on the following days within the United States: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day.
