Appointments and Office Hours

In order to serve our patients, we offer convenient early morning and evening appointments in our Los Angeles office. Appointments are necessary. Please notify us in advance if you are unable to keep an appointment.


Telephone Assistance

Our telephone number is 310-473-5878. We encourage our patients to call at any time with questions. Our nursing and administrative staff have been specially trained to answer many of your routine questions. If it is necessary to speak to your doctor, please do not hesitate to request that they return your call. Calls are returned as time permits; however, messages with the greatest urgency are given priority. If you find it necessary to contact a physician after normal office hours, please leave a message and the physician on-call for the practice will return your call.

Prescription Refills and Authorisations

For prescription refills, please have your pharmacy call and leave a message on weekdays during normal business hours.


Lab Results

Staff can provide results of lab studies and receive reports of your condition following procedures.

Office Fees and Insurance

Payment is due in full at the time of visit. We will submit claims for medically necessary services to insurance carriers with whom we are contracted. If we are not contracted with your insurance company we will give you a form to submit. Please contact our office manager if you have questions about office policies or insurance billing.
