3 THINGS I WOULD NEVER DO

…after 24 years as a Dermatologist:

❌ Nose Filler
❌ IPL for Melasma
❌ Thread Lifts

Not because they never work — sometimes they do, and some of my colleagues are big fans of all three.

But for me, when I think about my patients’ safety, the potential risk outweighs the potential benefit.

I know patients may go to another office when there’s a treatment I won’t do.

But I can sleep at night knowing that I kept their best interests in mind. And that I did no harm. (the Hippocratic Oath).
