Just got my first dose of Covid vaccine

Just got my first dose of Covid vaccine (Moderna) at Dodger Stadium!

A few tips:
1) Wear short sleeves under a jacket or loose sleeves that roll up easily.

2) Draw a bullseye (see mine) on the meatiest part of your deltoid muscle (the part that bulges when you raise your arm). Injecting too high can cause permanent shoulder joint damage.

3) If you'd like, apply numbing cream 30mins before, under a Bandaid.

4)Choose your non-dominant arm (opposite of the one you write with) in case you get soreness afterwards.
