When my dear friend of 25 years, @JennieGarth, presented me with the Daytime Beauty Award for Outstanding Achievement in Aesthetics, it was a milestone in my career.

For two decades, I've pioneered the connection between how we look on the outside and how we feel on the inside: writing Feed Your Face on diet & skin; leading clinical trials; and caring for tens of thousands of women who want to look and feel their best.

There was no shortcut; just one step in front of the other, to build something lasting.

I’m deeply grateful to my patients (many of whom have been with me for years, even decades — you know who you are ❤️), colleagues, industry partners including @Galderma, my family and friends for your support along the way.
