Peptides aren’t the magic shortcut your feed is selling you.
Names like BPC-157 and GHK-Cu pop up in wellness conversations.
They’re amino acid chains that can influence repair, inflammation, and regeneration.
But powerful doesn’t mean universally appropriate: Used casually, or without medical evaluation and oversight, they can potentially do more harm than good.
In my practice, peptides are never an impulse add-on.
I look at your history, labs, medications, and long-term goals before they ever become part of a plan.
And sometimes, the most sophisticated decision is restraint.
