MY 93 YEAR OLD DAD'S LONGEVITY SECRETS

My Dad turned 93 and still sprints up stairs.

His longevity plan would make a terrible podcast: no cold plunge, Zone 2, or talk about mitochondria.

It’s much simpler: stairs, dancing with my mom, and stopping before he’s full.
The internet calls that hara hachi bu. (Eating til 80% full.)

Also, Mom has cooked with seed oils for 60 years, so maybe longevity isn’t one villain ingredient and a list of rules from bro biohackers.

As a dermatologist, I think about healthy aging all day. This is the example I grew up with.

What’s the most old-school health habit your family swears by?
